The Imperial County Workforce Development Board (ICWDB), appointed by the Imperial County Board of Supervisors, manages Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funds to run job training and employment programs in the region.  The ICWDB periodically issues Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications for agencies and organizations to apply to provide programs, services and activities that best meet the needs of youth, job seekers and employers in accordance with WIOA.  Below are the active and past procurements.  At times, funding opportunities may not be available.
